If you are PURCHASING a property in the Central Queensland area our fees are $880.00 (inc. GST)* plus any fees associated with searches. (i.e. Title Search & Rates Search).

If you are SELLING a property in the Central Queensland area our fees are $660.00 (inc. GST)* plus any fees associated with searches (if any).
